What printing technology do you use for the invites?
We boast of following the latest in printing technology: digital offset printing (also known as direct-to-press printing. This is a lot better than regular digital printing). Digital offset prints are sophisticated and brilliant in color. Unlike traditional offset, digital offset printing is affordable and fast.

We may use traditional offset to serve large orders, and the quality print is exactly the same. We offer gold and silver stamping (subject to quotation), but not thermography and embossing.
What type of paper do you use for the invites?
For the invites we use C2S 220 lbs., more commonly known as coated board type paper. This paper is compatible with our printing machine, so we don’t use other kinds of stationery paper like onionskin, linen, etc. But for the envelopes, we use a wide variety of paper stock in many colors and textures.
Do you laminate your invites?
All our invites are laminated for free. You can choose to have it either in matte or glossy. Lamination will protect your invites from tear and water.

How long will my order take?
After signing the job order contract and submitting all the details, you will receive your first draft via email. Please note that every draft takes a maximum of seven working days. Once you approve of a draft, we will print a mock-up for you to proofread and sign (signifying your final approval) before taking it to full production. Your invites will be ready within a week after your signing of the proof.
When should I start handing out our invitations?
Invites should be handed out a month before the event date, at the latest. With this is mind, you must have your invitations processed two months before the event date, to make room for time allowances.
When should we start doing our invitations?
A two-month period would be ideal to start doing your invitations. That is, a month before you plan to hand out your invites.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes. If a client wishes to rush the normal production period, the client forfeits the 20% discount availed at a bridal fair, or in the case of a walk-in client, adds 25% on top of the regular price of a packaged invitation.
Do you have limitations with rush orders?
Yes. You may no longer avail of time-consuming services like elaborate customization, caricature, and pop-ups. Personalization of a design template shall be limited to changing the color theme and inserting a picture.
Do you require a minimum order for the invites?
Yes. Yes. For walk-in clients without discounts, the minimum order is 50 sets (invitation, envelope, sealer). For clients who availed of the discounted price (those who booked us in a bridal fair), the minimum order is 100 sets.
Do you do Chinese characters for a Chinese wedding invitation?
We require the clients to provide us with a soft copy image (not text) of the Chinese characters.
Do you provide a mock-up?
Yes. One free mock-up or printed proof will be provided for final checking. This mock-up must be signed as a binding contract that you are giving us the go signal to start production.
Do you deliver?
Yes. The delivery fee is P300 within Metro Manila, subject to Wingdingz’s scheduling.
Do you accept reprints and how long would it take to have them done?
Yes. The unit price will be the same as your chosen package and it will be done within seven working days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept local payment options via PayEasy (Credit Cards, Bancnet, Megalink, GCash, Smart Money, Western Union, Cebuana Lhuillier, etc.)
Do you give discounts?
A 20% discount in invitation packages may be availed by on-site bookers in any of the bridal fairs we participate in. We don’t give discounts for full customization services and non-invitation products like save-the-date cards, escort cards, thank you cards, misalette covers, etc.
Can we view your designs on the website?
No, this is to avoid copyright infringement. However, you may download the Wingdingz Zoom software online wherein you can create your own invitation and have it printed by us. Wingdingz Zoom has fewer design options compared to Wingdingz Premium packages.
Do you do full customization on invitations?
Yes. For an all new design that is not in the catalog but uses any of our existing formats, we charge an additional P2,500. For an all new format (e.g., new size, die-cuts, etc.), even if the design is from the catalog, a quotation will be drawn to determine the price.
How much is your fee for caricature?
P1,500 for a minimum of 2 persons. For another new caricature (with an alternative pose, and not a simple revision of a previous pencil draft), P500 shall be charged.
Do you display our invites in your showroom?
We routinely display the best samples of invitation in bridal fairs. You may wish not to have your invitation displayed in bridal fairs by expressing so in an email or a written request addressed to Wingdingz Invitations.
Do you put your logo in the invites?
By default, the Wingdingz logo is discreetly seen on its invitations. You may wish not to have the Wingdingz logo printed by expressing so in an email or a written request addressed to Wingdingz Invitations.
